Rico Leong is a Sabah-born illustrator venturing into wood-cut as a medium of expression. Shifting gears from illustration, Rico translates his work through woodcarving.

Rico curates woodcut workshops to share with others on the traditional process of woodcut printing on both fabric and rice paper. Many of his illustrations can be found as cover art for local musicians in the underground scene, which is a subculture that holds an important position for what he stands for alongside personal experiences and opinions.
